Description: Technical thermal insulations available from Mid-Mountain include a wide variety of technical papers, blankets, mat's and boards. These special high temperature resistant insulations offer a range in service temperature from 1000°F to over 3000°F! Mid-Mountain has a thermal insulation for virtually every high temperature application.

A family of high performance, light weight, refractory fiber blankets produced from high quality mineral or CMS (calcium-magnesium-silicate) fibers capable of resisting heat to 2300ºF • 1260ºC. Cermex™ Refractory Fiber Blankets possess excellent resistance to thermal shock and chemical attack, and have low conductivity and heat storage.
