Material Notes:
Grilon BFZ 3 is an injection molding and extrusion blow molding grade of nylon 6 that has been modified to provide exceptional toughness, either dry-as-molded, conditioned, or at low temperatures.

Like most nylons, Grilon BFZ 3 offers excellent chemical, solvent and fuel resistance, wear and abrasion performance and electrical insulating properties. It exhibits excellent performance in dynamic applications where parts are subject to fatigue from cycling stress, exposure to temperature extremes and repeated impacts.

Grilon BFZ 3 contains a unique stabilization package, resulting in excellent long-term stability and resistance to weathering.
