Chevron Special LS Diesel 2 meets the California Air Resources Board low sulfur content limit (500 ppm maximum) and other requirements for “vehicular diesel”. It is a high quality diesel fuel that meets the requirements of ASTM D 975, Standard Specification for Diesel Fuel Oils, for Grade Low Sulfur No.2-D.

Chevron Special LS Diesel 2 meets the fuel requirements of major engine manufacturers and has high heat content.

Applications

The high cetane number of Chevron Special LS Diesel 2 provides quiet combustion and quick starting at low temperatures. The high heat content permits engines to achieve rated power output and optimum fuel economy.
