Arkema Rilsan® AMN G8 TLD Nylon 12, Graphite Filled (Conditioned)
Subcategory: Filled/Reinforced Thermoplastic; Nylon; Nylon 12; Polymer; Thermoplastic
Close Analogs: Arkema, formed in 2004, was formerly Atofina Chemicals and before that Elf Atochem.
Key Words: PA12; Polyamide 12
Material Notes: Designation ISO 1874-PA12,MHLS,14-010,CD05 Rigid grade with graphite filler for injection molding. Available colors: steel gray. Light and heat stabilized. Mold-release agent. Low friction coefficient. No need of lubricant. Good mechanical properties. Easy filling of the mold due to its well adapted viscosity. Low shrinkage: include 1% on average for the design of the mold. Very good dimensional stability (low moisture absorption). Higher rate of production. Example applications: Moving mechanical parts. ISO data provided by the manufacturer, Arkema.
