Ferro Passivation Glasses (Pb-B-Si-Al; Pb-Si-Al; Si-Pb-Al Silicates) IP 745
Subcategory: Glass; Oxide, Silicon; Oxide
Material Notes: Glass Type: Pb-B-Si-Al Typical Powder Form: TF, REG, RWG, SRRG
Ferro`s passivation glasses are designed for use on transistors, thyristors, and diodes. These products are formulated and produced to achieve very low alkali and iron levels and can be applied by a variety of techniques including photo-spin, spin coat, doctor blading, sedimentation, screen printing, and electrophoresis. IP 745 is primarily used for low-voltage rectifiers using glass bead diode application methods.Information provided by Ferro Corporation
