Mid-Mountain Materials Thermoseal® 2000 High Temperature Cement
Subcategory: Ceramic
Material Notes: Description: A family of high temperature resistant cements carefully formulated to withstand thermal expansion and contraction under fluctuating heat conditions. THERMOSEAL® THERMAL CEMENTS are excellent for use when placing gaskets and seals in wood and coal stoves, fireplaces and furnaces. APPLICATION: Mix well before use. Apply with towel or by hand using rubber gloves. THERMOSEAL THERMAL CEMENTS are incombustible, nontoxic, and asbestos-free, and are easily cleaned up with warm water while wet. The high initial tack and viscosity hold the cement in place and prevents running, yet is low enough to allow good penetration into fibers and pores, thus creating excellent bonds on most surfaces.
