Pyrotek Pyrocast L-40 Insulating Refractory

 

Material Notes:
Pyrocast L-40 is a fiber free refractory moldable designed for use in contact with molten aluminum. L-40 has excellent workability for use as an insulating lining or patching material.
Recommended Curing: Heat to 120 - 175°C for several hours with a majority of surface uncovered.

  • Trough and basin linings
  • Patching for refractory linings
