Material Notes: The graphite sealing strip is made from a graphite based mineral fiber with stabilized high density, which is designed to activate (expand) at 180° with an expansion ratio of 35:1. The intumescent strip around the door expands at high temperatures to seal housing and provide a ‘flame break’. It can adhibit on windowsills, door-apertures, and all kinds of pipe-line apertures, etc. When fire or high temperature occurs, and expand temperature is achieved, it can expand and block the aperture completely.
