Thermal Ceramics Pyro-Bloc E and E2 Modules
Material Notes: Pyro-Bloc E Modules are an edge-grained ceramic fiber block used for lining industrial furnaces. The E Module was designed especially for furnaces operating up to 1800°F. The E Module is manufactured from R Grade Pyro-Log fiber and comes in a 12" x 16" (305 mm x 406 mm) block from 3" to 6" (76 mm x 152 mm) thick. The 304SS internal support system features the patented one-shot Y Module attachment system. All these features make the E Module an economical alternative to ceramic fiber wall paper systems in lining lower temperature industrial furnaces. The E Module comes complete with internal support system and stud already in place. Features: Monolithic, edge-grained ceramic fiber module Extremely fast, efficient installation One-shot center-fired studApplications: Annealing furnaces Heat treating furnaces Crude heaters Incinerators Process heatersInformation provided by Thermal Ceramics
