PANEX® 30 MF high purity milled round fibers are 99+% pure carbon fibers derived from Zoltek's high temperature batch graphitization process; the same process used to manufacture all of Zoltek's high purity PANEX products. Milled in-house for consistency. Generally used for plastics compounding applications involving static dissipation, EMI shielding, resin-rich surface reinforcement in composites, and low-cost polyurethane friction compounds. Free of any sizings. Standard mean fiber length is 6 mil (150 µm); other lengths may be available upon request.
