Silberline Sparkle Silvet® 760-20-E
Subcategory: Ceramic/Metallic Coating
Material Notes: Sparkle Silvet® E grades are economical aluminum pigments provided in pellet form for easy handling and incorporation. They are composed of 80% aluminum pigment and 20% polyolefin and are compatible with a variety of polymers, particularly polyolefins. They are typically used to make concentrates or compounds for use in final processing by injection molding, extrusion, blow molding or blown film processes. Because of their high aluminum pigment concentration and highly compacted form, they are recommended for use in masterbatch or compounding processes where enough shear exists to completely disperse the aluminum pigment. They are not recommended for use directly in end-use processing. Additionally, Sparkle Silvet® E grades can be employed in co-extruded powder coating applications.Applications: Plastics; Powder Coatings
