Deutsche Titan Tikrutan® LT 27 Low-Alloyed Titanium
Subcategory: Titanium Alloy; Nonferrous Metal
Close Analogs: TiNiMo 083; DIN 3.7105; ASTM Grade 12
Material Notes: Tikrutan LT 27 is a titanium alloy containing around 0.8% nickel and 0.3% molybdenum. LT 27 has better corrosion resistance than the commercially pure titanium grades but does not reach the corrosion resistance of the palladium-alloyed grades. When strength properties at room and elevated temperatures are required, however, LT 27 is superior to the materials RT 12 Pd and RT 15 Pd.Information provided by Deutsche Titan
