Special Metals NIMONIC™ Alloy 90
Subcategory: Superalloy; Nickel Base
Key Words: Nickel-Chromium Alloy; UNS N07090; BS 3075 (NA19), HR2, HR202, HR402, HR501 - HR503; Werkstoff Nr. 2.4632; AMS 5829, WL Nr. 2.4632; AFNOR NCK 20 D; AECMA Pr EN 2295 - 2299, 2400, 2401, 2412, 2669, 2670
Material Notes: Nickel content as remainder. A precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium-cobalt alloy having high stress-rupture strength and creep resistance at temperatures to about 1700°F (920°C). The alloy also has good resistance to high-temperature corrosion and oxidation. Used for blades and discs in gas turbines, hot-working tools, and springs. Standard product forms are round, flats, extruded section, plate, sheet, strip, tube, and wire. Data provided by the manufacturer, Special Metals.
