Material Notes:
Sandvik grade C9M has been specially developed for applications requiring high performance in corrosive environments. It combines corrosion resistance with high mechanical properties that can be utilized in a broad spectrum of the metal forming applications.

Features:

  • 9% alloyed nickel binder, 91% tungsten carbide. The grain size is fine.
  • High resistance to corrosion due to the composition of the binder hase.
  • Medium wear resistance.
  • Good toughness.
