Sandvik Sanicro 28 is a multipurpose austenitic stainless ELC alloy for service in highly corrosive conditions. It is characterised by:

  • very high corrosion resistance in strong acids
  • very good resistance to stress and intergranular corrosion in various environments
  • very high resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion
  • good weldability
