Material Notes: Copper content is calculated as remainder. Alloy 67 is used for TIG, MIG, oxyacetylene and submerged-arc welding of 70/30, 80/20 and 90/10 copper-nickel alloys, as well as overlaying on steel. On applications using submerged-arc welding, a first layer of Alloy 60 should be used. Dissimilar welding applications of Alloy 67 include: joining nickel 200 and Monel type alloys to copper-nickel alloys.
