Material Notes: Alloy 112 is used for arc welding Incoloy types 800 and 801, Inconel types 601 and 625, for overlaying on carbon steel, and for joining 9% nickel steel. Alloy 112 dissimilar welding applications are: joining Incoloy type alloy 825 to stainless steels, low-alloy steels and carbon steels; Incoloy type alloys 800 to 825, Inconel type allows 625, 706, 718 and X-750 to nickel 9% nickel steel and Inconel type alloy 625; Monel type alloy K-500 and Incoloy type alloys 800 and 825 to Inconel type alloys 706, 718, and X-750. Electrode sizes 3/32 and 1/8 diameter can be used in all positions while the larger 5/32 and 3/16 diameter are used in the flat and horizontal positions. POWER SUPPLY DCRP.
