Universal Wire Works E-71T-1 Flux Cored Carbon Steel Tubular Electrode
Subcategory: Carbon Steel; Metal
Key Words: AWS A5.20 E71T-1; ASME SFA-5.20 E71T-1
Material Notes: Iron content is calculated as remainder. Alloy 71T1 is an all position, flux-cored electrode which is intended for the single and multiple pass welding of carbon and certain low alloy steels where a minimum tensile strength of 70,000 psi is required. Gas shielding can be (100% CO2) or (75% Ar / 25% CO2). This alloy is an excellent choice for general purpose, flux cored welding on steels, such as structural steel, farm machinery, construction equipment and general steel fabrications. Information provided by Universal Wire Works for their line of welding wire and filler metal.
