Recommended processing conditions: 6.35 cm extruder. 24:1 screw L/D ratio. 0.203 cm die opening. Melt temperature 232°C. Blow up ratio 2.5:1. Output rate 8.0 lb/hr/in die cir. Hot-Tack Initiation Temperature: 84°C Ultimate Hot-Tack Strength: 3.5 N Heat Seal Initiation Temperature at 0.5 lb.: 99°C Ultimate Heat Seal Strength: 13.14 N.
