Material Notes: Off White Polyphenylene Sulfide Coating Resin Ryton® PR11 is used for coatings and is a finely divided powder having a modest molecular weight and high melt flow. The powder (neat or mixed with other components) may be applied using slurry or electrical spray methods, and then fused and cured (cross-linking and chain extension) at temperatures from 600°F (316°C) to 800°F (427°C) to form high temperature, non-stick, corrosion resistant coatings. For further information on Ryton® PPS Coatings, request Ryton® TMM-275. 0.8 wt % Ash. Particle size: 95 wt % passing 35 mesh. 90 wt % passing 60 mesh.
