Advanced Elastomer Systems Dytron™ TPE XL7350-92 Thermoplastic Elastomer
Subcategory: Elastomer, TPE; Thermoplastic; Thermoplastic Vulcanizate Elastomer (TPV)
Key Words: EU 2003/11/EC; RoHS Compliant; UL QMFZ2; UL QMFZ8
Material Notes: A hard, colorable, flame retardant thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) in the thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) family. This material is flexible and halogen-free, and is intended mainly for extrusion of cable insulation and jacketing. It can be further crosslinked to improve properties using electron beam (EB) irradiation or silane grafting-moisture x-linking techniques. This grade of Dytron XL TPE is shear-dependent and can be processed on conventional thermoplastics equipment for extrusion. It is polyolefin based and completely recyclable.Information provided by Advanced Elastomer Systems
