Material Notes: A soft, black, specialty thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) in the thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) family. This material combines good fluid resistance and physical properties that meet ASTM F 477 for low head pipe seal applications and complies with EN 681-2:2000. This grade of Santoprene TPV is shear-dependent and can be processed on conventional thermoplastics equipment for injection molding or extrusion. It is polyolefin based and completely recyclable.- Recommended for applications requiring excellent flex fatigue resistance
- Recommended for applications requiring excellent ozone resistance
- Good resistance to compression set.
