Material Notes: Lumiflon was developed by Asahi Glass in 1982, and is unique being the first solvent soluble fluoropolymer. The FEVE based Lumiflon has a alternative copolymer. The complete inter-changeability between the Fluoroethylene and Alkyl Vinyl Ether gives excellent weathering and a high chemical resistance. LF-600X has a high OH functionality and can be crosslinked with polyisocyanate and provides coating with a high gloss and durability.
