Side one - uncured silicone, 0.003 in. (0.08 mm) minimum; Substrate - Prime Coated 162 Fiberglass, 0.019 in. (0.48 mm) nominal; Side Two - cured silicone, 0.005 in. (0.1 mm) minimum; 0.003 in. (0.08 mm) polyethylene interleave; overall thickness 0.027 in + 0.002, -0.001 (0.69 mm + 0.05, -0.03). Color: Red. Weight: 1051 g/m² ± 102 (31.0 oz./yd.² ± 3.0). Shelf Life: 6 months from date of manufacture at 23.8°C (75°F). The shelf life is defined as the duration of time for which the product will meet the physical requirements outlined below. It does not guarantee the product’s usefulness in all applications. Cure Time: 0.25 hours. Post Cure: 204°C (400°F), for 2 hours.
