Material Notes: Designation ISO 12086-VDF/HFP-K, EG1N, N. ?E7.E.E.C.C,, ? (3-8) Kynar FLEX PVDF are fluorinated thermoplastic copolymers. Outstanding characteristics of Kynar FLEX: chemical resistance, imperviousness to UV, high barrier properties, high purity, good mechanical and thermomechanical properties. Main applications of Kynar FLEX: corrosion protection in the chemical industry, coating (painting, coextrusion), off shore, wire and cable. Kynar FLEX 2850 is a standard grade of granules less flexible than the grade Kynar FLEX 2800 with a higher melting point. For extrusion, wire and cable constructions which require an UL temperature of 150°C. Powder form available as Kynar FLEX 2851. ISO data provided by the manufacturer, Arkema.
