Material Notes: LACOVYL EF 821 is a very high molecular weight vinyl chloride homopolymer manufactured by emulsion polymerization process for the preparation of plastisols. Its is particularly suitable for the manufacture of rigid foams and compact articles where excellent mechanical properties are required. * MAIN CHARACTERISTICS Viscosity index (ISO 1628-2):200 ml/g,(K value:86). * APPLICATIONS LACOVYL EF 821 is suitable for use in the following applications: - transparent surface layer,
- compact layer to increase resistance to abrasion,
- blended with other resins in flexible foams to improve resilience,
- in rigid foams for insulation or to reduce the weight of the structures.
