Material Notes: LACOVYL PA 1384 is a vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate (4 %) copolymer manufactured by microsuspension polymerization process for the preparation of plastisols and fuses at comparatively low temperature. * MAIN CHARACTERISTICS - Viscosity index (ISO 1628-2):120 ml/g,(K value:69).
* APPLICATIONS Because LACOVYL PA 1384 fuses at comparatively low temperatures it is particularly recommended in the following applications : - compact layer coating for synthetic materials (polyamides, etc.)
- fixing of PVC sheets and textiles using a very fluid plastisol.
- compact or foam layers for flocking, collage (wallpaper).
- compact or chemically foamed layer for floor coverings.
- production of protective mastics for car undersealing.
- mechanical foam layer.
