Material Notes:
LACOVYL PB 1152 C is a vinyl chloride homopolymer manufactured by microsuspension polymerization process for the preparation of plastisols.

It is specially suitable for foam products with medium plasticizer levels and specific for Congoleum process.

* MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

  • Viscosity index (ISO 1628-2):110 ml/g,(K value:67).

* APPLICATIONS

LACOVYL PB 1152 C is recommended for the following applications :

  • Chemical foam
  • expansion with or without inhibition for Congoleum process (floor and wall covering),
  • foamed back coats (leathercloths)
  • Mastics for automotive industry.
