Material Notes:
LACOVYL PB 1172 H is a vinyl chloride homopolymer manufactured by microsuspension polymerization process for the preparation of plastisols.

It is suitable for compact or foamed articles with low plasticizer content.

* MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

  • Viscosity index (ISO 1628-2):115 ml/g,(K value:68).

* APPLICATIONS

LACOVYL PB 1172 H is recommended for the following applications:

  • high gloss and crystal surface coats
  • filled and pigmented compact coatings
  • rotational molding at low temperature, even with formulations with low plasticizer content
  • cellular coating for artificial leather
  • highly filled basecoat
  • foamed cap-closures
