Material Notes:
LACOVYL S 110 P is a vinyl chloride homopolymer produced by a suspension polymerization process.

Characteristics :

  • Viscosity index (ISO 1628-2):112 ml/g,(K value:67). Apparent density (ISO 60):0.56 g/ml.

  • molecular weight and morphology designed to give good processability with excellent mechanical properties.

  • high tolerance of inorganic fillers in rigid PVC formulations.

  • a very weak coloring of the resin after processing makes it possible to obtain profiles with regular color.

* RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS

  • Extrusion of rigid profiles with improved mechanical properties (window frame, fencing etc...).

  • Sheet extrusion.

  • Extrusion of rigid pipe for all applications: water adduction, drainage, sewerage, conduit.
