Arkema Lacqrene® 1251 L Polystyrene, Heat Resistant
Subcategory: Polystyrene; Thermoplastic
Close Analogs: Arkema, formed in 2004, was formerly Atofina Chemicals and before that Elf Atochem.
Key Words: PS
Material Notes: High heat resistance crystal polystyrene Description LACQRENE 1251 L is a very high molecular weight crystal polystyrene for the injection molding industry. It is characterized by a high melt index with good lubrication. This results in excellent processing combined with good demolding properties. This allows reduced thickness and high processing speed. Applications 1251 L Injection CD boxes, medical articles (Petri dishes, test tubes... ), cosmetic packaging. ISO data provided by the manufacturer, Arkema.
