Arkema Lacqrene® 4240 Polystyrene, Heat Resistant
Subcategory: Polystyrene; Thermoplastic
Close Analogs: Arkema, formed in 2004, was formerly Atofina Chemicals and before that Elf Atochem.
Key Words: PS
Material Notes: High heat resistance, high impact polystyrene for the extrusion industry. Good mechanical and thermal properties leads to the production of thermoformed articles of good rigidity and toughness with improved temperature performance. LACQRENE 4240 finds applications in injection blow molding. This grade is available in White. Applications: Extrusion Sheet for thermoforming, display sheet, leisure and garden articles, industrial sheet, thermoformed ice cream containers, profiles. ISO data provided by the manufacturer, Arkema.
