AT Plastics Ateva® 1850A Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymer
Subcategory: Polyethylene; Thermoplastic; LDPE; Polymer
Key Words: hot melt coating and adhesive applications; well suited for use in compounds and masterbatch applications
Material Notes: Ateva® 1850A resin is suitable for use in hot melt coating and adhesive applications, it is also well suited for use in compounds and masterbatch applications. It contains an antioxidant to minimize viscosity changes of the hot melt blends during processing. It complies with Code of Federal Regulation 21 CFR Section 177.1350 and 175.105, subject to extraction limitations for specific end use applications. This polymer may be processed on conventional extrusion equipment. It is recommended that the melt temperature be kept below 210°C as decomposition can occur at higher temperatures. Additives: AntioxidantApplications: Adhesives & Sealants; Compounds & Masterbatches
