Material Notes: Ateva® 2604A resin is well suited for extrusion and injection molding applications, high quality microcellular crosslinked foam applications, and hot melt coating and adhesive applications. It contains an antioxidant to minimize viscosity changes of the hot melt blends during processing. This EVA resin may be safely used as articles or components of articles intended for uses in contact with food as provided in FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.1350 - Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers, subject to extraction limitations on the finished food-contact article as specified in that regulation.
