AT Plastics Ateva® 1941 Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymer Film
Subcategory: Polyethylene; Thermoplastic; LDPE; Polymer
Key Words: extrusion coating, co-extrusion and specialty lamination applications
Material Notes: Ateva® 1941 resin is well suited for extrusion coating, co-extrusion and specialty lamination applications. This EVA resin may be safely used as articles or components of articles intended for uses in contact with food as provided in FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.1350 - Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers, subject to extraction limitations on the finished food-contact article as specified in that regulation. This polymer may be processed on conventional extrusion equipment. It is recommended that the melt temperature be kept below 210°C as decomposition can occur at higher temperatures. Additives: Applications: Extrusion Coating & Laminating
