Material Notes: Borcoat BB125E is a chemically modified polypropylene copolymer designed to be used as the tie layer between the epoxy corrosion protection layer and the top-coat polypropylene Borcoat BB108E-1199.Borcoat BB125E can be extruded on conventional LDPE extruders with flat die or crosshead. It has excellent adhesion to fusion bonded epoxy and polypropylene. Furthermore, it has superior thermal properties and can be used at operating temperatures within the range of -20°C + 110°C.
