Borealis Borstar® HE3477-LS Red-Brown Polyethylene Compound for The Coextrusion of Identifying Stripes On Black HD Pipe for Sewerage
Subcategory: Polyethylene; Thermoplastic; HDPE
Material Notes: Borstar HE3477-LS is a bimodal, cadmium free, high density polyethylene compound designed for coextrusion of blue identifying stripes. It is fully stabilized against thermal degradation and the die build-up during the extrusion is minimized. Furthermore, it has a highly covered pigment that gives a bright red-brown stripe even when extruded as a thin layer on a black pipe. It also contains UV-stabilizer to ensure excellent weathering resistance. Borstar HE3477-LS is recommended for identifying stripes of black pipes for drinking water produced from Borstar HE3470-LS Information provided by the Manufacturer.
