Conductive Elastomer. CHO-SEAL 1260 elastomer is a silver-filled-silicone intended for mounting silicon wafers during processes such as ion milling. It provides high levels of electrical and thermal conductivity, good flexibility and conformability, and a tacky surface for wafer attachment.
