Dow SE SLR-4400 Solution polymerized Styrene Butadiene Rubber (S-SBR)
Subcategory: Styrene-Butadiene; Elastomer, TS; Thermoset
Material Notes: SE SLR-4400 is manufactured by anionic solution polymerization using lithium initiator. It is a product with medium styrene and high vinyl content. The product is partially Sn-coupled and non-staining stabilized. SE SLR-4400 is widely used in the manufacture of high-quality technical rubber articles but also can be used in the tire industry. It is supplied in bales weighing 25 kg. Bales are wrapped in 50 micron PE film. At mixing temperatures above 110°C, the rubber can be processed with the packaging film. Information provided by Dow
