Dow Plastics VORALUX™ HL 430 Copolymer Polyol
Subcategory: Polyether; Thermoset
Material Notes: VORALUX™ HL 430 is a unique grafted polyether polyol containing copolymerized styrene and acrylonitrile and filtered to 100 microns. It is used in the manufacture of flexible slabstock polyurethane foams and is manufactured without BHT and processes well on most types of foam machinery. VORALUX™ HL 430 is most commonly used in the full density range of high-load bearing flexible foams used in carpet underlay and packaging. It can be used as the sole polyol, or may be blended with conventional polyether slabstock polyols to produce high-load bearing foams over the density range 1.2 - 4.5 lb/ft3.Information provided by Dow
