DuPont Nucrel® 903 Ethylene-Methacrylic Acid Copolymer Resin for Blown and Cast Film
Subcategory: Ethylene Methyl Acrylate; Thermoplastic; Polymer
Key Words: DuPont Packaging Polymers
Material Notes: 9 wt% Methacrylic Acid. Nucrel® 0903 is an ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer resin available for use in conventional blown and cast film extrusion and coextrusion equipment designed to process polyethylene resins. Features/Benefits vs. Nucrel® 0902HC: Higher melt flow index provides easier extrusion, higher extrusion rates, and higher flow during heat sealing. The result is fewer leakers. Typical Applications: Meat, poultry, seafood, and cheese packaging; Cereal liners; Medical/pharmaceutical packaging; Powdered/granular food and non-food pouches; Carded display/skin packaging films; Edible oil, motor oil, and other liquid product pouches; Snack structures; Coextrusions with nylon or in other film structures as a heat seal or tie layer.
