DuPont™ Nucrel® 535 Ethylene-Methacrylic Acid Copolymer Resin
Subcategory: Ethylene Methyl Acrylate; Thermoplastic
Close Analogs: This grade is no longer in the DuPont product line
Material Notes: Nucrel® 535 is a tough, lightweight, easily processed ethylene copolymer resin. This resin is inherently flexible without the need for plasticizers. The resin can be pigmented, UV-stabilized for exterior applications and painted or plated for special decorative effects. Nucrel® 535 has excellent tensile strength and low temperature impact properties. Typical Applications: - Fabric coating
- Polymer modifier
- Injection molding
Features: - Good mold flow to reduce molding cycle time
- Good adhesion to metals and polar substrates
- Low specific gravity-lightweight
