Material Notes:
Description: Viton® FreeFlow™ GB is a blended fluoropolymer processing additive powder designed for improved performance in polyethylene resins. The additive contains 50% fluoropolymer powder and 50% granular polyethylene.

Advantages:

  • Viton® FreeFlow™ GB has significantly more effectiveness than conventional fluoroelastomers in polyethylene formulations. It has been specially designed for reduced interactions with other polyethylene additives. Viton® FreeFlow™ GB will give improved processing at lower fluoropolymer concentration levels than conventional fluoroelastomer.
  • Processing improvements in all types of polyolefins
  • Ease of feeding when high blend ratios are required
  • Ease of handling
  • Easily dispersed due to fine particle starting point
  • Uniformity of low ratio blends is improved over pellet blends
