Description: Viton® FreeFlow™ SC-PL100 is a new processing additive for polyolefins. This material will lower extrusion pressure, reduce extrusion torque, and reduce die buildup more economically and effectively than other processing additives. The unique properties of Viton® FreeFlow™ SC-PL100 help to keep a die surface clean. This prevents buildup of other formulation contaminants that eventually require machine shutdown and die cleaning. With Viton® FreeFlow™ SC-PL100 the length of time between cleaning will be greatly extended. Viton® FreeFlow™ SC-PL100 has improved chemistry that resists interactions with other formulations ingredients. It is a superior choice for making combined masterbatches with pigment or antiblock. Unlike some processing additives, Viton® FreeFlow™ SC-PL100 will not have any adverse effects on surface properties of the finished products.
