STYRON® 695 general purpose polystyrene resin is used in food packaging applications requiring low residuals, and appliance parts, housewares, form sheet, oriented film and medium to thick section applications. It offers high heat resistance, excellent clarity, and good moldability. When used unmodified for the manufacture of food contact articles STYRON 695 complies with the US Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and Food Additive Regulations 21 CFR 177.1640. The regulations should be consulted for complete details.
