Material Notes: Type I PTFE. Free flowing powder. Minimum reduction ratio is 5; Max is 100. Average particle size 500 µm. Used for electrical insulating tapes, liners, and yarns. Dyneon offers a family of PTFE fine powder paste extrusion resins. These products are well suited for a variety of applications, including tubing, hose, pipe liners, tapes, wire and cable, diaphragms and textile/fiber. Available grades are designed to balance process properties such as reduction ratio, and performance properties, such as tensile strength, shrinkage, flex life and permeations.
