Material Notes:
HIFOR CLEAR SC74580-F polymer is a high strength and high clarity polyethylene designed for blown film extrusion that contains no slip, no antiblock, and high processing aid. Blown films produced with this resin exhibit good toughness, with exceptional gloss and clarity for a product of this density, yet film blocking is substantially lower than one might expect. Film stiffness is also higher than one might expect for this density. SC74580-F is suited for packaging frozen goods, fruits and vegetables, and baked goods and is suitable for food contact applications. It works well in many shrink film applications.
