Material Notes: High molecular weight general purpose polystyrene with good mechanical strength and good thermal resistance. It is recommended for in-line forming of disposable packaging, for sheet
extrusion in blend with conventional or clear high impact PS and for injection moulding of complex items requiring good toughness and improved elasticity. Designation: Thermoplastics ISO 1622-PS,G,095-03 Applications: Suitable for thermoformed food packaging articles as drink and dairy cups,
plates, trays and for injection moulded cd boxes, domestic appliances,
stationery, cutlery, housewares. N 2560 is certified UL94 HB "all colors" at 1.5 mm (UL file E83071). This grade in its natural version complies by composition with the requirements set by the main Regulations for plastic materials intended for food contact (including the EEC Directive 90/128 and subsequent amendments).
