ExxonMobil Paxon™ HDPE 7204 Crosslinkable Rotational Molding Resin
Subcategory: Polyethylene; Thermoplastic; HDPE
Material Notes: 7204 is black, 35 mesh crosslinkable HDPE powder intended for use in rotational molding applications where long-term outdoor UV protection is required. Properly molded parts made with 7204 show exceptional environmental stress cracking resistance, thermal resistance, and notched failure resistance. The high flow base resin promotes rapid melting and outstanding part fill during processing while the finished part exhibits high performance characteristics reflecting crosslinked molecular weight. Crosslink Potential measured to be 2.5 by ExxonMobil method. Information provided by ExxonMobil Chemical
