Total 3366 Polypropylene, Extrusion Grade
Subcategory: Polypropylene; Thermoplastic
Close Analogs: Total Petrochemicals now includes former Fina and Atofina plastics product lines.
Material Notes: Minimal UV homopolymer fiber grade for industrial bags and slit film Water Carryover - Excellent water carryover properties allow FINA 3366 to be processed at high rates into water quenched slit tape. UV Stability - FINA 3366 will resist a minimum of 200 hour carbon arc weatherometer exposure until 70% strength retention when extruded into 2 x 100 mil slit tape. FDA - FINA 3366 complies with all applicable FDA regulations for food contact applications. Recommended Applications - FINA 3366 is recommended for slit tape applications, such as grain sacks, requiring FDA acceptance and a moderate degree of UV stability. Processing - FINA 3366 processes on conventional extrusion equipment with typical melt temperatures of 400-500°F (204-260°C) Data provided by the manufacturer, Total Petrochemicals.
